RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, & NO-SHOW POLICY

​We understand things come up!  Life happens but please understand that many people are requesting appointments, so we need to have a policy in place.
Please read carefully.

We require a deposit for all appointments.  We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking.​
Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your treatment.
Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking.  We cannot guarantee treatment for late arrivals.
We value your business and ask that you respect VanityMD Luxury Aesthetic Medspa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for appointments serviced Monday through Friday and 48 hours for any Saturday appointments.


MONDAY-FRIDAY APPOINTMENTS: 

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service.

Clients who no-show or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 75% of the scheduled service.

If you book a service on the day of your appointment and you cancel, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Please note that Sunday cancellation notices are not recognized until Monday morning at 9am.  So to cancel a Monday appointment, you must email your cancellation notice no later than the preceding Saturday before 6pm to not be charged a fee.

Clients who no-show or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you book a service on the day of your appointment and you cancel, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.


ALL cancellations must be made either through the client portal or via email to Contact@VanityMD.com. Please note that cancellations are not official until you have received a confirmation email from VanityMD Luxury Aesthetics Medspa.
