Hosting or organizing a Beauty Bash with VanityMD Luxury Aesthetics Medspa offers special pricing to all the attendees and amazing perks for the host/organizer. Gather together at least 4 other attendees who each meet our minimum service amount requirement, and you as the host will receive complimentary treatment of one area with neurotoxin or complementary chemical peel (host perks also increase as the total amount of paid services increases).

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Contact us today to reserve your BEAUTY BASH!

Please provide us with 2-3 options of the ideal dates and times for your party. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Reservations should be requested as early as possible, with a minimum of 1-2 weeks notice. Treatment details must be finalized 5 days prior to the Beauty Bash. 

Please note that the latest start time for a Beauty Bash is 4pm and the minimum number of attendees is 5.

A nonrefundable $1000 deposit to secure your Beauty Bash appointment is required at the time of scheduling.

If the appointment is canceled before 7 days, the deposit can be used on future services within six (6) months from the date of the reservation by the person who made the deposit. 

Any cancellations made less than 72 hours of the reservation result in forfeited deposit. 

Please note that weekend cancellation notices are not recognized until Monday morning at 9am; therefore, to cancel a Monday appointment, you must email your cancellation notice no later than Friday at 9am.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify and other neurotoxins are commonly used to minimize smile lines around the eyes (crow’s feet), frown lines between the eyes (glabella), and the lines on the forehead.  Neurotoxins all work by relaxing the muscles that contract to form these lines, resulting in a smoother appearance in the treated areas. The effects typically last up to 3-4 months.

Dermal Fillers such as Juvederm, Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus, Juvederm Voluma XC, Belotero Balance, and Radiesse and more are commonly used to increase volume and/or definition in areas such as the cheeks, lips, under the eyes, jawline, and chin.  They are also used to minimize smile and frown lines around the nose and lips, often resulting in a more youthful appearance.

Results typically last 6 months to 1 year or more, depending on the type of product chosen and your body's metabolism.  Pricing varies per product.

TREATMENT PLANS

Dr. Gilbert will perform a private complimentary consultation for each attendee then recommend the best treatment to suit that attendee’s needs prior to proceeding with any treatment. No one is under any obligation to proceed with any treatment but please remember that deposits are nonrefundable.

TREATMENT FORMS & TIMES

Note: There will be forms to fill out prior to any treatment(s) performed.

All new clients must fill out the New Client form and ALL the relevant forms based on the treatment requested.

After the private consultation, services ordered by the attendee must be paid in full prior to starting any treatment.

The typical treatment time is 15-20 minutes per person for neurotoxin injections.  Chemical peel treatment time is 15-20 minutes per person.  Dermal filler treatment time will vary depending on the location(s) and amount of product needed.

Any special Beauty Bash pricing no longer applies if the minimum amount of service is not met.

FOLLOW UP & MAINTENANCE

Any attendees who have received treatment are advised to contact VanityMD Luxury Aesthetics Medspa if they have any concerns after the party.

If you would like to receive maintenance/on-going treatment, contact us.  

You will be advised on the appropriate timeframe.

SAFETY INFORMATION

An informed consent must be completed by each attendee having treatment and cannot be signed under the influence of alcohol.

Alcohol is not recommended for 24 hours before or after any injectable treatment as it may cause additional bruising and/or bleeding.
